Frakenweenie(2012)

So in this latest version of this movie directed by Tim Burton, Frankenweenie is the story of a young boy named Victor who is a brilliant little scientist. After a fateful and heart breaking accident one day, Victor finds the way to bring his long last pet back from the dead. (Thanks to his teacher who showed how electricity can be passed to a dead frog and jog that specific muscle).

With every great invention, comes consequences and Victor soon learns who his true friends and who wants to use him just for his new found invention. Victor must then choose between saving his invention or saving the town.

I think that Tim Burton’s version of this film is fantastic. The movie is in black and white, so it sets the scene perfectly. It is definitely one to watch. It is a heartwarming movie(Which means tissues are needed-especially if you are a pet owner).
